    The 2010 - 2011 National Tour of SPRING AWAKENING is coming to Fort Worth, November 9-10, 2010. Presented by Performing Arts Fort Worth, the 8-time Tony Award® winning Broadway musical featuring, "the most gorgeous Broadway score this decade," (Entertainment Weekly) will play the Bass Performance Hall for two performances only, during this limited engagement.

    Christopher Wood and Elizabeth Judd to Head New Tour of Spring Awakening

    A new tour of the Tony-winning musical Spring Awakening will launch in October and visit over 60 cities, including Los Angeles, Nashville, Chicago and Fort Lauderdale.

    The cast will be led by Christopher Wood as Melchior, Elizabeth Judd as Wendla, Coby Getzug as Moritz, Courtney Markowitz as Ilse, Rachel Geisler as Anna, Jim Hogan as Georg, Aliya Bowles as Martha, George E. Salazar as Otto, Emily Mest as Thea and Devon Stone will portray Hanschen with Daniel Plimpton as Ernst.

    2nd SPRING AWAKENING Tour to Launch this Fall
    Spring Awakening Producers Tom Hulce and Ira Pittleman have announced that a 2nd national tour produced by NETworks Presentations will launch in October with spots scheduled across the country. This second tour will feature the same design, direction and staging as the first tour, which closed this spring, but will be presented by an entirely new cast.

    Broadway's hot musical Spring Awakening will make its Ottawa debut next spring -- surprisingly, not at the NAC but at the 954-seat Centrepointe Theatre in Nepean.
